Prior to joining DWSC, Amy worked for several years in the field of public health to achieve systemic, statewide transformation as well as organizational and institutional policy change. From program development and coalition building to grassroots coordination, policy analysis, and direct advocacy, Amy’s career has focused on ways in which organizations can better utilize networks and partnerships, employ their storytelling capabilities and expertise, and develop relationships with lawmakers in order to effectuate broad-scale change and improve political standing.
Amy has represented a wide variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies and large national non-profits to small start-ups and trade organizations. She has experience working with local municipalities, administrative agencies, and state legislators, from policy and rule creation to funding allocation. Whether her clients need assistance to understand the state budget, navigate agency rules, draft proposed legislation, or organize grassroots and grasstops networks, Amy has the experience and passion necessary to help them realize their goals.
